Pull a whole KB from a published root page

Knowledge base is marketing language for the same shape as a wiki: lots of nested articles under one root. Searchers use “KB export” when they think in product-docs terms.

Paste the public root of the KB site. We follow same-site links, export markdown per article, CSV per full-page database, and ALL.md for full-text search.

Support centers sometimes keep public KB pages on notion.site while the app requires login. This export is for the public slice only.

How it works

Three steps, no setup

You do not need to install anything, sign up for anything, or know anything about Notion. Here is the whole process.

  1. Step 1

    Paste a Notion link

    Find a public Notion page — a wiki, a handbook, a course, anything where the link opens without asking you to sign in. Copy that link and paste it above.

  2. Step 2

    We gather the pages

    The tool reads the page you pasted. If you asked for pages inside, it follows those links too — nested pages, sub-pages, and database rows.

  3. Step 3

    Download your files

    Every page becomes a markdown file in one zip. Folders follow the Notion tree. Free keeps image URLs from Notion. Plus saves the image files next to the markdown so they still open later.

    In-page Notion tables become markdown tables, not empty comments.

    Each database also ships as a spreadsheet in databases/.

    ALL.md concatenates the site so you can search it, or paste it into a chat.
