Drop a public Notion site into an Obsidian vault
Obsidian does not speak Notion. It speaks a folder of markdown files, with wikilinks if you want them later. The official Notion-to-Obsidian path still assumes you own the workspace and have an export or an API token.
If you only have a public link, paste it here. Each Notion page becomes a .md file named from the title. Unzip the download into a vault folder (or a subfolder) and Obsidian will index it.
Internal Notion page links in the markdown point at the other files in the zip, so the tree still hangs together after you move it. We do not rewrite them as [[wikilinks]] yet — Obsidian still opens the relative .md links.
Images on the free plan are Notion URLs and will rot. If the pictures matter in your vault, use Plus so the zip includes the image files next to the notes.
