Refund Policy
Notion Downloader Plus is a digital product. Access starts the moment Stripe says the payment succeeded. We do not refund it.

No refunds after Plus turns on
Plus is not a physical good and not a trial. When checkout completes we unlock the higher page cap, image files in the zip, and longer job storage in that browser. Because that happens immediately, all sales are final once payment succeeds.
That includes:
- The $9 / month plan, including unused days in the current month
- The $12 thirty-day pass
- A download that came out thinner than you hoped, or a Notion page that would not export
- Buying Plus on the wrong browser and not restoring it yet
You ask for immediate delivery
By paying you ask us to turn Plus on at once. If a cooling-off or withdrawal right would otherwise apply (including the EU/UK 14-day right for distance contracts), you waive it to the extent the law lets you, because you asked for the digital unlock to start during that window.
What we will still fix
Email erbolandusa+notion@gmail.com if:
- Stripe charged you twice for the same purchase
- You were charged and Plus never unlocked, even after a restore
- The law in your country requires a refund we cannot disclaim
We may refund or re-enable Plus in those cases after we check Stripe. We do not refund “I changed my mind” or “I already finished the download.”
Cancel monthly anytime
Monthly Plus renews until you cancel. Cancel from the receipt Stripe emails you, or from Manage billing after Plus is on in this browser. You keep Plus until the period you already paid ends. Canceling is not a refund of that period.
The thirty-day pass is not a subscription. It ends on its own. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund halfway through.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of writing to us, we may turn that license off while we wait. Talk to us first at erbolandusa+notion@gmail.com — duplicate charges and failed unlocks are the cases we actually refund.
