Who we are

Notion Downloader (“we”, “us”) is an independent website at https://notiondownloader.com. It is not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc. Questions about this policy: erbolandusa+notion@gmail.com.

What we collect

• The Notion link you paste, plus the public pages we fetch from Notion so we can build your zip.
• Export jobs — markdown, CSV, and (on Plus) image files stored on our server until they expire.
• Plus checkout — Stripe collects your email and card. We never see the full card number. After payment we store a license (email, plan, expiry, restore code, Stripe ids) so we can turn Plus on without making you create a password.
• Cookies — an HttpOnly nd_plus cookie marks Plus on this browser. Analytics cookies may be set by PostHog.
• Usage analytics — page views and events such as starting an export or opening checkout. Session replay may run on this site; form fields and the Notion URL box are masked.

What we do not collect

We do not ask you to sign in. We do not take Notion passwords or API tokens. Private Notion pages that prompt for login in your browser are also unreachable here.

Why we use it

To run the download you asked for, to keep the zip around for a little while, to unlock Plus on the browser you paid from, and to restore Plus later from the email on your Stripe receipt or from a restore code. We use analytics to see what breaks and what people actually use.

Who else sees it

• Stripe processes payment, receipts, and (for monthly Plus) subscription billing.
• Notion receives the same kind of public page requests your browser would.
• PostHog receives analytics events.
• Our host stores job files, licenses, and logs.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Free jobs are kept for 24 hours. Plus jobs are kept for 7 days. Then they are deleted. Plus licenses stay until the pass expires (30 days for a one-time payment, or until the Stripe subscription ends). Server logs and analytics are kept only as long as we need them to run and debug the site.

Cookies and similar tech

The Plus cookie is required to remember that you paid — without an account, that cookie (or a restore) is the license. Analytics cookies help us understand traffic. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser; the downloader still works on the free plan.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the Plus license we hold for your email, or ask us to delete it, at erbolandusa+notion@gmail.com. Deleting it turns Plus off. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to correct data, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with a regulator. We will not honor a deletion request by handing Plus to someone who cannot show they paid.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
